Biography
Antonino di Miceli is a Corleone native resident, the son of Vincenzo di Miceli and Francesca Cutrone, who married in 1756. I estimate he is born the following year, making him nineteen at marriage.
Antonino marries Francesca Lanza, daughter of the late Giovanni Lanza and the living Rosalia Terruso, on 2 June 1776.[1]
Antonino and Francesca have at least two children, Vincenzo (c. 1778) and Placida (c. 1780).
I estimate Vincenzo is born soon after his parents' marriage. He is named after his paternal grandfather.
Placida is born around 1780, based on the record of her death.
Vincenzo marries Francesca Rasizzo, a widow, on 31 October 1800.[2]
Placida marries Pietro Ligotino on 27 February 1808. Her parents are living.[3]
Placida, the widow of Pietro, dies at age 72 (b. 1780) on 8 January 1853. This record calls her father a maestro.[4]
Death
Maestro Antonino dies at the reported age of 80 in August 1833 after receiving last rites. He is predeceased by his wife, Francesca Lanza, and his parents, Maestro Vincenzo di Miceli and Francesca Milione.[5]
